Important information about your privacy

  • Why do we ask for permissions?: Remember that Tala requires certain permissions to determine your loan eligibility and to be able to offer you higher limits in the future.
  • Data security: Your photos are never used for purposes other than identity verification.
  • Privacy Notice: If you have any questions about how we collect and process your personal data, you can consult our Privacy Notice at any time from the app. There you will find details about:
    • Your rights as a data subject.
    • What data we collect and for what purposes.
    • With which third parties might we share information and for how long would we keep it?

Keeping your data secure is our priority, and giving you the freedom to manage your permissions is part of that commitment.
