Why isn't my payment reflected on my account?

If your payment is not reflected on your account, please copy, paste, and send us the Mpesa confirmation message via the in-App chat. We will need the transaction code, the amount you paid, the date, and time you made the payment and the account number you were paying for. Then we can trace the payment and add it to your account.
