If you have an unpaid Tala loan on your credit report that you would like to close, kindly pay your loan balance and allow up to 48 hours for this to be reflected at the credit bureaus (Metropol, Transunion and Creditinfo).
Note that credit bureaus track individual loan information for five years. If your loan status has not updated within 24 hours, kindly contact us in the Tala app, using the “Message Us” option under FAQs.
