    Hi Mogondwe,

    Thank you for contacting us. If your phone is showing that it is linked to another device, please send us a message via In-app chat requesting us to move your account to your current phone.

    Hi Julius,

    We appreciate your inquiry. As per the current company policy, you need to tell the person you got the device from to send us your full name and Tala registered phone number to enable us move your account to your current device. If you are unable to reach this person, you are advised to acquire another phone which has never been used to download Tala app or, if ever used to access Tala before, you at least know the owner.

    Hi, pano ko po mabubuksan ang account ko kung ang laging lumalabas ay nakaregistered daw sa ibang acc yung device ko eh acc ko lang naman po ang nakalog in doon. Malapit na po magdue ang loan ko, pano ko sya mababayaran kung ayaw gumawa ng acc ko.

    nasira yong phone ko tapos di na ma open yong TALA app. Hindi na ako makapagbayad ng loan ko, bukas pa naman yong due ko..peron bang makapagsabi kung ano ang gagawin ko para makapagbayad?please poh!

    ma'am/sir ask ko lang po kung ano pwede ko gawin, nawala ko po kase ung sim card na registered ko sa tala app loan, pano po ako mkakapag bayad kung yung reference number e dun papasok sa nawala na sim, gsto ko po sana palitan ung registered number ko, pano ko po mpapalitan?

    Pano po magchange ng registered name? Ang naregister ko kasi yung Maiden name ko, papalitan ko sana ng Married name kasi yun na ang may valid ID ko.. pls help me! Thanks

    Hello. I've been sending the names and number of the person with my old phone to 21991 but its not going through. Basically i don't think the messages are being delivered. Kindly assist me on what to do as soon as possible because it is inconviniencing both of us dearly.
