What if my phone is already registered to another account?

If you are using a phone that is already registered in our system to a different account, the system will notify you if there's need to contact us or not.

If you are prompted to contact us, please go ahead and create a request via the Tala app. We may ask you to contact the person who sold/gifted you the phone to text us at 21991 from their Tala registered phone number with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
